THE FARM WINES
THE FARM is a 10-acre vineyard in Niagara’s Twenty Mile Bench, planted to Pinot Noir. The Neudorf vineyard was originally planted with Pinot Noir in 2000 for Le Clos Jordanne and aptly named “La Petite Colline”, meaning “little hill”, a nod to the gentle slopes that permeate the plot. The project was led by renowned winemaker, Thomas Bachelder, now a close friend of the Neudorf family. The vineyard was farmed organically from the get-go, a decision that remains a pillar of the Neudorf approach.
The property is rooted in traditions of gathering family & friends, and where Peter and Dora Neudorf call home .
The cellar door opens once a year for guests to taste new releases, and enjoy live music and local food.
This wine comes from the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe peoples, and is an acknowledgment and reminder that our great standard of living is directly related to the resources and friendship of Indigenous people.

THE FARM Chardonnay 2024
THE FARM Chardonnay comes from the Grimsby Hillside vineyard in Lincoln Lakeshore sub-appellation. The combination of limestone-based silty soils from the escarpment and sedimentary glacial deposits of the Iroquois Plain creates a richly textured wine, balanced by stony minerality and vibrant acidity. Hand-picked grapes were whole cluster pressed and underwent fermentation spontaneously at cool temperatures in French oak puncheons and stainless steel. The wine underwent partial malolactic fermentation to retain acidity and aged on lees for 14 months before blending.
THE FARM Poolhouse Rosé 2025
THE FARM Poolhouse Rose is made from 100% Gamay grown in the Twenty Mile Bench sub-appellation. The grapes were picked in the cool, early morning hours and macerated on skins for 5 hours before gently pressing. The juice was clarified to preserve its aromatic potential and fermented in stainless to highlight its natural varietal characteristics. Fermented bone dry to showcase a balanced mouthwatering acidity with an array of red fruit and citrus aromatics.
THE FARM Pinot Noir Black label 2024
THE FARM Black Label Pinot Noir is made from a blend of 100% Pinot Noir from two vineyards, Mayfield vineyard on the Twenty Mile Bench and Paragon Vineyard on Creekshores sub-appellations of West Niagara. The fruit was hand-picked with each lot fermented separately and aged in 228-liter French oak barriques for 16 months. Our Black Label showcases brambly red fruits, black cherry, dried herbs with a savory, flinty edge. Blended and bottled unfiltered in The Farm cellar.
THE FARM White Label Pinot Noir 2023
Drawn from the finest barrels of the 2023 vintage, THE FARM White Label Pinot Noir showcases the depth and finesse of Pinot Noir on the escarpment. Wild fermented with 20% whole clusters, the wine gains added complexity and aromatic lift. Aged in French oak 225L barriques, including 10% new oak, it reveals a subtle smoky nuance that complements the purity of the fruit. The palate is textural but soft, supported by fine tannins.
